Have a 2800 gallon cylinder aquarium and upon moving the flat bottom sheared apart from rest of tank ( clean at seam) what would be the best way to fix.

Get a pro (large acrylic aquarium manufacturer) in to bond the bottom back on. The connecting edges may need to be repolished before bonding. And, the pros will be experienced enough to properly flow the bonding agent throughout the seam.
