Broken arowana

A friend posted this pic asking for any info. It jumped from the tank 2 years ago. Laid on the bottom for 2 weeks and has been swimming like this ever since. Any help for it?

Looks like it severely injured it's spine. The Silver Arowana's spine will probably not heal sorry.
