Okay so I have had my fish tank up and running for about a year. I have a rapheal catfish and a oscar. Recently I noticed that one of the rapheal's fin bones has snapped, looks broken (not frayed or rotting). Is there any hope for this guy?

There might be a chance, my channel cat had that happen and I mean broke off. Now I can't even tell which fin it was.
