broken fin... help

my baby arowana jumped into the overflow pipe... :nilly::nilly:

lost a few scales and broke its right front fin... just the bony part... should i remove it? or will it heal?

DAMMIT
 
well, post a pic so people here can help. we have to see how severe it is....
