Hi i baught this filter a month ago used for 50 dollars. The guy who sold it to me told me he got a new propeller and a new o ring on it. well it came to my attention that this produtc was known for a better performance than it was giving me. It'd be great if someone can look at the link and tell me if my filter is broken and whether or not they know whast wrong with it. Im trying to sell it and i dont want to if its going to rip someone else off also. i also forgot to mention im kind of new to canister filters as you can see. itd be great if someone can help thanks =]
