Broko passed weird death

So I woke up to see one of my Broko had passed.
What's weird is water is all good checked ammonia nitrite and nitrate.
Water is crystal clear all the other bass in there doing good.
It's so weird to me how it happened. Have anyone experienced this before?
I wanna find out the reason for this to prevent from happening again.
I love my peacock bass and to see any one pass its heart breaking.

This was it last night I saw it was just staying at the bottom of the tank while everyone else was eating.
Was worried about it but didn't know it'll pass.

Yea it ate see the back of the stomach think it never Digested its food fully.

Lets hope not I hate them.

I did water change for them every 2 days 35% water change.
Gonna run a uv to it hope will kill parasites if it is parasites
