Brown algae outbreak!!

I've recently had a bit of a problem in my 75 gallon tank. there is brown algae all over the place, in my decorations, plants, filter, heater and glass. all my attempts to clean it doesnt work it just comes back...
what do i do? how can i defeat it and make sure it never comes back?
my tanks been up and running for a long time now this is the first outbreak ive had.

Brown algae occurs in most tanks as they mature. Best thing is to get an ancistrus (bushy nose pleco) to add to the tank. Ancistrus will clean up the tank almost overnight.
