Brown Algae?

hey guys I'm somewhat new to the planted tank, i recently planted my bichir tank, but i am getting brown algae on my rocks and especially the leaves of the plants, whats the best way to get rid of it? or what can i do to prevent this? are there any snails that would be bennificial?
