how long does it take for brown algea to turn into green algea ? ive got a new tank and decor's.... also a t5h0 48" light on my 72" tank, light is on from 2pm to 915pm i also have white pool filter sand (#20)......ive taken out a few rocks and cleaned em as they were all brown and looked grosse IMO lol, but my fake plants are also getting brown leaves and stems lol, even my sand gets brown tinge to it when i dont vacumm for a few days...
how much longer do i have to wait before it turns to green and isnt as noticeable ? and no i dont want a BN pleco in there as they make more of a mess then they clean (green poop all over white sand)
