Check out a reptile show. I see them sell for $12-$15 bucks there all the time. They're basically all wild caught from southern Florida.
 
Try contacting EricIvins on this site. He sells a lot of reptiles, so he could probably hook you up. Not sure if you'll get one that size, but you can try.

it is going to be in a 70 gallon tank with my 17" female green basilisk shes very harmless unless ur trying to hold her she doesnt like to be caught

is keeping these two in a large tank together a good or bad idea there both going to be females but will they get along?there are alot of things to climb on

It would be better to keep them solo, your female green may not even acept her. By starters insted of a fish tank you could make a much better home for your female green in a cheap plywood cage if you build it yourself and with the increased space and higth you have better changes of them acepting each other. Fish tanks are better for baby basilisk
