hello there everyone
my new baby cichlid who i have had for about three weeks now, seems to have a brown bruise on its side.
i am currently treating ich in my tank, and am using the salt + heat treatment, could that produce this infection/bruise?
my tank is a 20 gl, and the temp is at 89ish F. theres about 10 T of salt in the tank for the treatment of the ich.
theres plenty of room for him in there since he's only less than an inch long now.
can anyone shred some light on this?
i dont want to do a water change since did one just the other day, and wouldnt want to mess with the treatment im doing.......

PLEASE HELP

THANK YOUUUUU

Im guessing your fish is hideing behind your heater in the tank. If im right he is getting burned from laying against it. One way to prevent this is to take a piece of pcv tubeing and drill a alot of holes in it and then slip it over your heater and use rubberbands to hold it in place. gl also your tank is to hot turn it down to around 80ish and your fish will be happyer i no i get flamed for that but im telling u try it
