so i looked in my tank today and my sand was brown in some spots. i think that it is just algae. it has been running for a little more than a week and i only have lr that is dead in the tank right now. i want to know if this is normal or if its bad. if its bad how do i get rid of it?

just diatom algae normal to all new tank's just get some snail's in there and they'll eat it right up cerith's are the best at that.
