I just picked up my 1st ray a couple days ago. The two stingray bible books are already on order, but haven't received them yet.
It was a friends ray that he offered to me at a great price so I took it.
It's a Motoro, female 6" disc, in a standard 125 gallon tank. There are plans for a larger tank this fall.
Wish I could have a pic for you to see, but the ray has a dime size brown spot on it's belly. It's in line if you drew a line from nose to vent, but located more towards the back. Belly looks a little pink, but I think that could be that I have pool filter sand, and my friend had a bare bottom tank.

I plan on weekly 50% water chnages.
Ray eats evertime I offer Hikari pellets.
Keeping lights off for one more day to help aclimate.
