Brown spots on my plants?

I got these plants about 5 days ago for my 29 gallon setup (details below), plants had a little shock after added to my tank but are coming back and getting new growth. The old leaves have brown spots like crap brown algae or something, but only in speckles on a few leave and nothing on the newer leaves.
Any idea what it is or cause by?
Just asking now incase it can get more out of control.
or is this just normal for aging leaves or result from tank shock that just need to be pruned off?

HEYYYYY dis looks like wad happened to my nanas.. In e end e whole leaf got covered in e brown crap and some even turned yellow, withered and broke off. My nanas look pathetic now. Do be careful yea =O

It seems to just rub off.. I decided to just remove the leaves since they where older leaves anyway. The plants are less than a week so maybe it was on my plants before I got them in my tank..
From what I have read about brown algae, I should not be getting the brown algae, but I could be wrong.

See the holes in the leaves? They are getting much worse on my older leaves?? Is this from being new to my tank or is there a different problem going on here?
I have been using Flourish supplements at about 85% recommended dosage. I don't think I should be getting this bad of problems from not maxing on my dosage should I ?
Also, my Hornwort is getting a slight brownish tint to some parts of the tips, only had the plant for a few days..
Is my tank worse than the holding tanks at the local pet stores?

Not a good picture of what I'm talking about, I don't get my camera until next week..

Anyone?...

The brown **** is only on the surface of the leave and wipes of easily, but there's more brown spots on my leave every day..? The end are curling inward and outward on older leaves.. I dosed the tank with the proper stuff according to the signs of deficiency and no affect on these plants...

Any idea what might be going on with this?
