its like a brownish mark in the sand do you think its from my live rock or is it time for a water change my last one was 2 weeks ago

keep doing water changes. What size is the tank and how old is the tank??
Also helps to know what your readings are and what type of water your using??
If the tank is new, my guess is your algae bloom is coming, happens most all the time. If your using tap water, i would suggest stop using tap and get RO water so you can prevent some build up of nutrients.

it is and its normal. give it time and keep doing things as you normally would and you will be fine.

is there a home remedy for aptaisa because i think i have some on my live rock and my hawkfish keeps eating peppermint shimp so anything else i can do?
