Brush/Red Algae

i have had my tank going for 3 yrs at my old house and have never had this alge growing till i moved here almost 3yrs ago, it is not a planted tank it has a couple rocks and some driftwood and my cichlids nothing has changed but the water, i like the look of the alge but im woundering if there is any heath issues that i should be worries about with my fish.
