Yeah you can, but has to be privately imported. the general importers are not too keen on importing them.
I would love to have freshwater rays too!

oh so there's no freshwater rays and dats in NZ too. Well once in awhile we get people selling these rare fishes here but we just gotta have connection to be able to get them and they go for a really ridiculous price most of the time lol
