The bottom fish in the 2nd Pic looks like pink tail chalcia, fairly common to get. It is a carnivorous tetra, not Beycon which is fruit eater.

Love ‘em one of my favorites alongside moorei and MelanopterusWe get Brycon guatamalensus here in Panama, they are fascinating, but eventually get too big for 6 ft tanks.
