Kinda expensive isn't it?

pm sabotage he was looking for info a week or two ago on brycon. 100.00 is about normal going rate for dorado. If you ever plan to upgrade or have a place to take it back to I would just get the dorado. It will take some time for it to grow out that 220 anyways.

that i will... what's the growth rate on a dorado? I have two cichla monos, and a black aro, and a yepezi stingray. would the dorado tear them up?

It's iffy I guess. Angeladay has focker's old dorados that are 13 and 15" I think and they're fine with huge aro's and others with no aggression problems he says. But I know of people who got 3" dorados who were terrors.

Don't know about growth rate but from what angeladay has posted I think in the couple months he's had his they haven't grown much. That's what I'm basing my info off of. Also there isn't exactly a abundance of 24"+ dorado's laying around. pm angeladay too to shed some light on it for you though.

I thought SA had them at a better price but that was for the maxillosus not the hilarii.
