BTA acting weird

Well I had my tank now almost 6 months and till now my bta is acting weird, hes been defalted for the past 2days. My water parameters are good except with a .5 phosphrous. I feed him about a week ago. So anyone have an idea wats happening??

=( sad to say it past away today it was off the rock in the sand and I went to go pick it up and put it on the rock but it was gooshi and wat not. =( I hope that I just caught it in time and that nothing in my tank gets damaged

I would run some carbon in your tank (if not already) just incase.

Sometimes, things like this can happen reguardless of everything we do

If you have purigen on hand...that will also deal with the ammonia that it was probably giving off as it started to rot.

If it was all still in one piece, you are lucky you avoided the apocalypse that happens when big nems dissolve in tank.
