I have read about them, yet unable found any related.

Brought a new tank days ago, fill it with the same water that I use for the smaller tank. clean it with only water + tissue & sponge (tissue, dirty black). then test if there is any leak or not. day pass no leak, but formed bubbles.
for few days + water change, still coming back.

the smaller tank filled with fish also have bubbles, but this one, too much.
  • organic waste = no fish in there, nor food waste.
  • saturated oxygen (?)
  • chemical detergen = didn't use any

is it fine?

just bubbles will go away eventually. I just setup a grow out tank with the same thing I think it is just trapped air from filling an empty tank once filters are running it soon dissolves.
