bubble counter leaking..

I just found out that what i can tell looks like i might have a fast leak under my bubblecounter.. I never unscrewd it off. After i cleaned the mess up and refilled the bubblecounter with mineral oil i can tell it coming from the lower seal... So what should i replace? The hole manafold? Neddle valve and buble counter or just the bubble counter it self to see if the seals bad... Also where can i buy a single manifold? Greenleaf has duels. I think its not a manifold more of a new needle va le
