Bubble on bichir head

I have an endlicheri bichir who survived a gar bite to the head about a month ago. He's doing great but after the attack he's had a spot on his head that inflates and deflates as he breathes. Same color as the bichir. Not sure if it's a hole from the gar bite or if it's part of the bichir's spiracle. Should I be worried? Video link below.

I know bichirs breath through the top of their head, maybe the bite damaged the area a little bit and it healed over like that. That’s just a guess but maybe Hao Hao can help more

Yeah I'm not 100% sure but most likely just extra flap that healed over the hole? Looks like bichirs naturally already have holes there but hard to see on a fully colored specimen. Here is my white colored congi. Can see the holes.
