I hate to post this here, but I'm not sure what to do at this point, and the proper board isn't getting me any responses.
No ammonia or nitrite, minimal nitrate.
Anyways, i recently got these, and they had an issue with their eyes. There are 4 jack dempseys total, and 3 of them had this bubble under the right eye. the largest of the 4 has it only slightly, while the pictured one has it pretty bad, and the smallest one has it so bad, its eye is almost facing completely forward. All three fish have tried scratching their eye. I'm currently treating with maracyn TC, but after 6 days of treatment nothing has happened. Other than the scratching, fish are acting normal and eating healthy.
Is this popeye? Or is it something else? Is there any way i can treat this?
