One of my filters is sucking up bubbles from the air stone and they come out the outflow as really fine air bubbles.Should I move it?Its doesnt bother me any, isnt the extra air good for the bacteria?

A lot depends on the type of filter you're using. All Canister filters and some HOB filters are disrupted by pulling bubbles into the intake. Some of them to the point of shutting down. You definatly need to move the air stone away from the pick up tube. Even if you don't see anything bad happening NOW the effects can be cumulative.

As long as the filter(s) are not loosing prime the air will help oxygenate the bio-material in the filter. Only way to damage the impeller is if it runs dry(and you'll probably notice the noise first.

I have air stones in my HOB's after the pumps.

It's probably best to move it tho...since you can't guarantee only a certain % of air entering the filter (better to err on the safe side).
