Bubbles in my 55?

I thought that my 55 had sand everywhere, when I realized that it was bubbles were being blown into the water from my airstone hitting the filter extake.
Any ways I can avoid this?
Is it even bad?

They are on opposite sides of the tank.
It has cleared up a bit since then, I can tell it's just a few bubbles.
Are they bad for the fish?
