Ok so i was doing the last side of my tank today, and i thought i still had another bottle of resin so i used what was left in the other one. then when i finished applying it i went to mix the other bottle... and woops... no bottle. so i went to the store to get some more and when i got back the other part was pretty much hard so i hurried and put the rest on but now theres like a line of little bubbles where the other part ended. the bubbles are contained in the resin so as far as i know it shud still be water tight. Is this going to be a problem?
the resin is more to make it water proof, not for structure right? because the plywood is reinforced with a frame outside of it. so technically speaking i shud be alright right?

bump... common help me

yes it should be waterproof.............how thick is the resin ??

are they little or large bubbles ??

if they worry you.....you can sand the area and put on a 'sealer' coat of resin......

if they REALLY worry you sand / grind the bubbles out and redo the area

pics would help.......

hmm well they r pretty small im not too worried... im using a brush next weekend to a sealing layer...

and besides i stille needa put on the topcoat anyway...

You will be fine, if your still worried about it just do what John said. This sounds strange but Ive used a steamer to get rid of bubbles before the resin dries. The heat from the water vapor causes the bubbles to rise to the surface and pop.

Should be no problem at all.
