bubbles on stealth heater?

got the heaters a 2 weeks ago and when they started heating up they started getting bubbles on them i just left them on thier and figured they would go away. well they didnt so i rubbed them off and i did a water change tonight and they came back now their is a white film on my heaters where the bubbles were anyone know what is causing this and how to get rid of itr and the white film?

it's fine, I've had one of these heaters set up for over a year and it's always had bubbles on it. Fish are all ok and the heater works fine.
 
Usually happends do me when doing and heavy water change o when setting up a new tank. Don't exactly know why this happends but it happends on almost every tank I have owned.
 
The reason it happens is because dissolved gasses are less soluble at higher temperatures. It just means that the tank is well oxygenated.
