Buffing out a tank

Ill be buffing out my 380 gallon that my old female motoro liked to bite, any suggestions on what to use?

novus 1, novus 2, novus 3 and a orbital buffer from homedepot ($30)

1000-2000 grit sand paper (if needed)

i might give this a shot with my tank as well.

just make sure you clean the tank very very well before you start.. 1 grain of sand will give you more work than you ever thought possiable.... trust me on this one..
