It would appear that by the date I'm late on this reply, but just in case. I use plastic bag's, cut to increase size if necessary & cover tank's COMPLETELY & have cheap designated beach towels, that I only use for this procedure, I then use them to weigh down the plastic & COMPLETELY cover the tank's w/ a second layer. I leave them on for approx. 3 hrs. after spraying is complete just to make sure. Remove the towel's carefully/slowly take them directly to the prefilled washer & already rotating w/hot water & bleach in it. Then w/ a trash bag ready to discard the cut/exposed plastic into, remove the plastic keeping the air/sprayed side up at all times, dispose of them in the readied trash bag & remove to outside immediately & your good to go. Other way's will wrk I'm sure, but in 25+ yrs. this routine has never failed me. Even though I've been told repeatedly by our pest control person, that I don't need to be concerned at all, that there's not a high enough concentration of chem. to be harmful to any of the animal's in my house, of course including me, twich, twich, but sorry I take NO chance's when it comes to anything like this. Maybe this part is even more anal/OCD, but not ever knowing when I may have to put my hand's in a tank, I also make sure to scrub them for at least 30 sec. or more, surgical style after all this goes on. I know, I sound, let's see how does my wife put it :headshake oh yea :screwy: so ya'll can stop laughing now:)
