Bugs in my reef?

Not at all sure what they are a friend noticed them the other day so im not sure how long theyve been there
they look like 10 legged clear bugs i dont know how better to describe them
theres also clear small centipede looking bugs on my LR too

any ideas on what they are? if their bad? if their good?

i was also thinking they could be there because i have no shrimp?

sounds like copepods too me. Great for you tank, and signs of healthy rock.

the "centipede" is probably a bristle worm....you can leave them as part of the clean up crew. i believe peppermint shrimp and arrow crabs will relish them though...
