Bugs jumping on water surface smaller than a pin point

You can see them on the glass a the water line right? No idea what they are but my planted tank gets them.

I have loads in my 20 long. least I could find was that they are small organisms like Cyclops, planaria and other small organisms, they flare up when you overfeed but besides them being there they are not parasites and have no negative effect on the tank, infact they are a food source.
Yup overdressing I just recently cut back but did a search on here and people are saying to wipe them off the little buggers jump pretty quick so let's see how they fare against tape

to me they are just something extra to look at, the fish will eventually pick them off anyway especially if you have any smaller dithers in there, its free live food
I have them because i have wood i took from outside, they are hatching from something you put in your tank, i dont mind them, my fish seem to love them
Driftwood I've had it in for months but take it out and let it dry sometimes
