bugs ? what is this urgent !

I have no idea what this is it was crawling up the back of the glass in a 30 gal (paradise fish amd spotted raph) planted tank.

If you watch the vid you can see it crawling up the back glass. What is it and will it harm the fish ?

Some type of freshwater copepod ie water fleas etc. Harmless, clean the glass and up the water changes to decrease the numbers. Small loaches and Cory's will eat'em up in no time.

Hooooo im having rough couple of weeks first callamanus then i see this !. Noticed one in the 150 also. They arent harmful right ?
