My pearl is bullied by others cause of its small size.. what should i do?! the bullying didn't stop after afew weeks but it became worst

Either use a partition, put the jar in it's own tank or remove the bullies.

But... i dunnoe who is the bully.... i have a 4ft tank all my fishes are under 10 inch.. i have 3 snake heads, 1 black aro, 1 pearl, 2 spotted gars

no, remove the bully, put in a smaller tank in a corner until it learns its lesson. then put it again in the tank, they will be the best friends forever
