Building a dual stand for my 2 50's

So I drew up and idea of what i want it to look like i windows paint, but am not really sure how to go about. any one have ideas or tips?

Measurements for the
Bottom tank: 48"L X 15" W X 16" T
Top tank: 36" L X 15' W X 20" T

For yours, you could build two boxes then put a 2x4 frame across the top for the upper tank.

The rest of your upper design is just decorative, so it doesn't need to be sturdy. Just the side boxes supporting the top do.
