Building A tank

I am going to try to build my own tank. I am trying to make a 150 gal. What size glass should I look for?

my 125 is all glass and 1/2 thick glass, so in my own build i wouldnt go less than that. if for a few bucks more always worth it to go "overkill" and go with a lil thicker.
