Building my Own

I am about to take on the enormous job of building my own 200 and 300 gallon tanks any ideas?

wrong section but should be in DIY, but anyways plywood will give you a cheaper tank with limited visibility unless you get creative it all depends on what you want. theres a couple acrylic in DIY

Unless "any ideas" really means 'can someone do all the planning and work', you're nowhere near ready for this undertaking. I strongly recommend reading the DIY threads to get some idea of what you're going to come up against.

BTW, you can most certainly find better deals on used tanks (up to 350 gals) than you'll be paying to build your own.
