Building new tank

Ok, so i have to do some posts so see the pictures of your DIY projects
Anyway, i`m in the process of making my own large tank. It will be 4 meteres long. What do you think of making the stand with concrete blocks, and pressed 22mm wallboards on top of that?

Forgot to say that this tank will not be very deep or high. I`m aiming at 400x50x50 now, due to the pressure with a deeper tank - and then i need much more thicker glass = more expensive.
I`m not going to have much fish in there anyway, just a group of Satanoperca Daemon, and maybe a few other Geos. Also some Ancistrus' and a good group of Corys.

What kind of glass-thikness would you use on this tank?

It will have lots of crossbraces on the top to make it stiffer.

He's from Norway and his list of fish for the tank indicates he's dealing with the metric system. So, a 158" x 20" x 20"= 274gallons.

3/4" glass for sure and make sure that the bottom is tempered and by wall bord i hope that you dont mean gypsum drywall because this would not be the way to build a stand use plywood and seal it very well
