Here's a chart showing chlorophyll spectrum wavelengths, and because of the various peaks I recommend a T5HO lighting system with 1 x 6000k bulb, 1 x 6500k bulb, 1 x 12,000 k white actinic bulb, and 1 x wavepoint ultra growth wave bulb. However if it's only a T5HO dual lamp then I'd go with 1 x 6000k bulb and 1 x wavepoint ultra growth wave bulb.
Lots of fancy stuff out there, but if you're just growing some easy plants in a moderately planted tank, 6500K bulbs will work fine, and they're available cheap at hardware stores. I had 4 x 32W 6500K bulbs in my old 55G tank and had really good results with it.
