Bulges in Stomach

I fed my palmas bichir krill (I rip them in half) the other day, and he got these bulges in his stomach, does anyone know what that's from? Is it just the krill in his tummy? The little bumps in my tummy (there are about two) have been there for about two days and his usual spastic acitity has declined and I'm a bit concerned.......
 
Usually whenever a Bichir feeds well (SP) they'll have bumps like snakes....I'd just not feed him until the bumps are gone, that's what I do with my bichirs they're all fine....If you think he's acting a little lethargic than usual I can't help you there.
 
Everything sounds normal. The bumps usually go down after 24hrs, but it's probably being lethargic because of the big meal, and is just digesting slowly.

Yep, one of my sens does it all the time, I even made a thread but it's been bumped away now.
