I did there and several places. Cheapest I found was 50 bucks for 400 but they want almost 50 bucks to ship. So figured I shop around or see if someone knows a better place.

Don't they breed really easily? Just buy some and set up a tank to breed them in.

You can go to your LSF and ask them to order for you, they only charge you very small fee for bulk order cause they are only a middle guy for the transaction. I used to buy bulk feeder fish and only paid 35 bucks for +/- 2000 (weight by pounds, it doesn't matter about feeder size)
