Bulk head/drilling question

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this

I am interested in drilling a 125 gallon tank for a sump. What diameter bulkhead will I need for 700 gallon per hour over flow. Better yet what is the flow rate for the different diameter bulk heads. Possibly two smaller holes in each cormer will work better for me.

make sure its not tempered if you are going to drill it, it will crack
