Bulkhead and hole saw size for 1" PVC?

Just want to know what bulkhead and hole saw size is good for 1" PVC. I want to drill two 29 gallon tanks (One planted and one reef) for my bedroom. Thanks. I know this is most likely common sense, so insult my intelligence all you want

1" bulkheads with a 45 mm hole saw which is a little over 1 3/4".
