Anyone know where to buy bulkhead fittings for a 1" HOLE? I have been looking all night and cannot find anything that will fit the 1" hole. My wife's new (to her) tank has (3) 1" holes, (2) 1.25" holes and (1) 1.75" hole already drilled in the bottom. Please don't recommend enlarging the holes - she will slap the bejeezus out of me if I even suggest it! I saw post's recently aabout good suppliers, but cannot find them using the search. I apologize if the answer is right in front of me - sometimes I'm a little .

1" is a strange size for the hole, with 1.125" required for 1/2" bulkhead....you might try a 1/2" fitting and see if there is enough clearance, I always find they can be a little undersized from what they say, and you only need a 1/16th a side. I've even sanded the threads down some to make a threaded fitting work, but thats easier on a lathe with a file...or I did see some 3/8" bulkheads from McMaster (p.96, miniature) that use a 1" hole

With a hole that small, I would look into using the Electrical PVC fittings at the hardware store. You can make bulkheads out of them by simply adding a gasket. You might be able to pull it off.
