I am looking for something to plug two 2.5" holes. Is there something that will work for me? I want to change up my plumbing a bit.

Go to a plumbing supply and get plugs to fit the bulkheads. If the bulkheads are threaded, get threaded plugs. And yes, they make slip plugs too.
^ yep... thats prettymuch the best answer.... unless you want to silicone some plexi over the holes.. but thats not as good as plugs
