where can i get a blukhead fitting that will fit through atleast 1" (plywood liquid rubber and 4 sided box set up) its for a refugium so it will only be 250-350 gph through a 55g

Try Jehmco.com (there may be others). I just bought a bulkhead for a 2 1/2" diameter hole, and the threaded section is about 3-4"deep. They have suggestions for the diameter of the hole you have.

here it is in use, on a rubbermaid stock tank, I had tried making bulkheads previously for this tank, but they all leaked, this worked right away. At jehmco you call 800-521-6258 to order, and they are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

no i need one long enough to go through an inch of plywood liquid rubber and overflow box. 1-1 1/2 inch hole but 1 1/2 long im not going through thin glass or plastic

Sometimes I'm not clear. I will take a photo later today.
The threaded/male part of the bulkhead in my pic, is about 4" long. It is the part that would come through your 1" plywood. It's the black plastic part coming out of the tank in excess of about 3". The PVC pipe the bulkhead is used for, is standard 1.5".
The price at jehmco was about $5.
