For my pond if have to put in a bulkhead so i found these on line so i was wondering which of these i needed. Can i just use this http://www.aquacave.com/detail.aspx?ID=1213 or do i need to use that and this http://www.aquacave.com/detail.aspx?ID=1270. The pipe will be one inch

The first one is barbed so it will take flexible tubing. The other one is slip so will probably accept PVC pipe. Either one will work, just depends on if you want flexible pipe or fixed plumbing.
Also, that is a super heavy duty bulkhead. You can go a little cheaper but I don't know your actual intentions for setting it up.

Ok well i like the first one better b/c it has thet whole system. There is no differnc between pvc and flexible is there?
