bulkhead sizes?

Hey, I'm building a 270g plywood tank and was wondering what size my bulkheads should be for overflow and return as well as how many? It's going to be a ray tank so it's suppose to have a 10x turn rate.

1.5 inch bulk heads would be fine

2 for overflow and T off your pump and do 2 for return..

I was told that your overflow will always be bigger because it is gravity fed unlike the return that is pressurized.

I was thinking about the pondmaster hy-drive 3000.

3/4-1" are typical for returns mine.... lock line on them give you better flow controll...
mine are on Ys so there is 4 tubes 2 rip the surface and 2 blast the bottom of the tank....

im not familier with that pump...
