so i got a few questions.
how far can they jump from the tank to out of the tank?
do i need any lighting?
whats good food?
were do i get them?
min tank size?

not sure about food, but crickets and bugs stuff like that? tank do as big as you can not lower than a 30, get a mesh lid and just get one of those reptile lights

If you live in an area where bull frogs are native or present, give them a chase, it'll show you how far they jump. Quite. Reptile lights aren't needed, heating might be, depending on your area. Crickets as staples, mealworms rarely. Wax worms and stuff works too, in occasion. A hundred gallon would be good for full grown frogs. They sell them as feeders here, where you can find some...I have no clue.

Just to be clear, are you talking about American bullfrogs or one of the exotics sold as bullfrogs?

assuming you mean american bullfrogs. they can jump a ways, probably about 3' straight up, no way of getting around having a top. i dont think you need lighting but it should make the setup and him look better.
food, anything that will move, bugs, fish, birds, Rapalas:ROFL: no joke. i found it necessary to raise my own roaches to keep mine happy, otherwise he would go through $10 in crickets a week. and make sure to get him calcium somehow.
where you live i'm sure there's an infested pond somewhere, just check around on the internet. and i would say start with a small one, around 2", its more fun to see them grow.

I Don't know much on this subject but from what i have seen of bullfrogs they would not be very happy in a even a large tank. But the ones we have here are HUGE.

I wonder if a few bull frogs would get rid of the mice in my house... lol.

American Bullfrog would need like a 100g as an adult, a female African Bullfrog could get by in a 40 breeder while a male could live in a 20 long.
