Bullfrog Q?

I've been keeping my bullfrog in a mostly aquatic environment with a little bit of land area.

Will he do just as fine in a mostly land with some aquatic environment?

Yes. The only real disadvantage is that he's more apt to jump if startled, possibly hurting himself or damaging the tank.
